The October Sessions is Washington DC's favorite string band, blending old time, folk, bluegrass, and original songs all rolled up with rich sonorities and foot-stomping energy. Dana Connors holds down the lead vocals and fiddle, Amanda Thorstad drives the clawhammer banjo, and Ben Cummins locks it all together with the guitar. The harmonies are tight, the songwriting is fresh, and the down home fiddle tunes will have you on your feet.
