Please confirm, No of transmission lines = 45-20 i.e 25, ( not 20)

It is 20 because, (50-10)/2 = 20 as No. of transmission lines = (Total non-zero elements - no. of diagonal elements)/2. Watch the lecture carefully.

@@DrAfrozAlam Thank u very much sir, can we solve in this way ?, No of transmission lines=[(maximum no of line)-(no of zero elements/2)]i.e maximum no of transmission line= (10^2-10)/2=45, so no of zero elements=50/2=25, hence No. of transmission lines=45-25=20, please clarify my dought.
