Both the Triv and the Dragonfly would be compatible with the Nuna Pipa Series Car Seats. They are pretty comparable in terms of weight but just the frame, the Dragonfly should be a little lighter.

Which one of these stroller is more sturdy and provide better child comfort? (I.e. which one has better suspensions?)

The Triv Next and Bugaboo Dragonfly are pretty similar in their sturdiness/suspension. The Triv Next has a little bit of a wider rear wheel base which might feel more sturdy, however Bugaboo is known for their suspension in their strollers. They have the same size wheels, both of which are foam-filled rubber for a smooth ride.
