Everyone calls them "Nunchucks", but "Shuangjiegun" is the appropriate name (雙 Shuang = rope, 節 Jie = to join, 棍 Gùn = stick, pronounced "shan-jia-goon").
Although last time I played with Nunchuks was more than 10 years ago, this video proves that the benefits of martial arts training can last over the time.
