This is another example of people going beyond the bounds of what has been revealed in the qur'an and the sunnah (prophetic traditions). Some sufis get carried away with their remembrance of Allah. I have not read any hadeeth that go to these extremes. Also I shall mention a hadeeth which was collected in regards to any action : Aisha reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever innovates into this matter of ours that which does not belong to it, it will be rejected.” In another narration, the Prophet said, “Whoever performs a deed that is not in accordance with our matter, it will be rejected.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 2697, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1718
As a Beginner Muslim, concentrate on the Important Things you need to learn First: Learn how to pray, how to do Wuduu and when it breaks, and when you have to do Ghusl, learn the Short Qu‘ran Suras and this stuff... don‘t watch too much RU-vid and visit regurlary a Mosque

This is not from Islaam, is not prescribed in the sunnah but the Sufi innovators will probably attack me for saying this and will call me Salafi/Wahabi but they only hate what contradicts their desires and exposes their innovative ways audhu'billaah.
