Thank you to our doctors and nurses who are in our communities and who travel to foreign countries to heal the sick and hopeless. Wonderful story. I cried when the local people came with torches to light the dark runway for our rescue jet to land. If we all respected, helped, and worked together it would be a much better world.

If getting that jet in & out of that tiny dirt runway by the light of torches is true, this story was really a miracle that would have received much more publicity if it happened today. Didnt realize this movie was based on fact. Loved the humanity of the local people when they bought food. So glad they all got out and all survived. The end had me in tears just because the plane arrived. awesome movie

I always hate seeing people that are volunteering on a medical mission get into a deadly accident where many are killed because they overload an aircraft or travel in unsafe environment without the properly prepared vehicle. ROBERTO CLEMENTE, Thomas Selfridge and others RIP.

I wish there would be doctors they used to be, who are concerned about doing everything to help people and not the pharma, and being manipulated by the pharma industry. No doctor should be able to be manipulted to work against humanity, like we saw recently. This kind of doctors like in the movie barely exist these days, unfortunarely.

What s great and inspiring movie! So thankful everyone survived! I started crying when The nurse didn’t give up and brought the doctor back to life and when I saw the people coming with torches to light the runway. The bravery of everyone was incredible!

I completed my didactic paramedic instructor EMT3 P training near Los Angeles in 1982 and have since opened my property to free emergency rescue services. I travel to Hurricane sites but get no calls outside the country even though I'm fully qualified and documented. Would like to have gone to the Middle East and eastern Europe but organization is not too good. I teach students that CPR should not be abandoned as seen in the movie and was only when the nurse over ruled the doctor did the patient survive. I see that many times and have been very successful at bringing them back once their body gets the stimulus it needs and even if it's just more alkaline or a good thump these things are present in everyone, you just have to know how to use what you have with you and your own resources.

My great-grandmother was a nurse in WW11. That scene made me tear up because it reminded me of something she once said to me back when she was still doing okay. She told me to never stop and never give up and to keep going. To do what's right. So many doctors I have known wanted to give up so easily, and it killed me each time. Some of them don't even try and throw in the rag for the day. If someone's dying in front of me, I'm going to do everything until I can't get up anymore. I'm not just going to let someone die just because a doctor says so without really knowing that there's a chance of survival or not. If it takes a miracle, so be it. I'll die trying. That's how much I care. I hope others do the same. ❤ Thank you for saving lives, and I wish you the best. I hope people are getting help through the terrors of Beryl. I pray for them all.

All star cast and story was good. The writing needed a lot of work and medical advisors on how mmedicine should be done . I realize they had little to work with but some of the instructions they were giving about made me fall out laughing. Seeing Linsey Wagner and JLo was worth the screw ups.
