Hi professor D question? When it comes to psych questions will the majority of the answers be therapeutic and safety?

Professor D, I'm confused about the question where you said the answer was about checking the patient at 15 minute intervals. I understand that checking them at precisely timed intervals is not ideal, but I would have thought that the one about the suicidal patient using a razor was more appropriate. Can you please clarify? 21:55
