I just resigned from the NHS .Ward £1500-1800 36hrs/week. Band 5 starters get £11/hr . Worked 5 years and I only had £1 increment per year. Then I transferred at the interventional radiology and my salary is generally the same except I had on calls and on call fees usually is your base rate, in my case £15 multiplied by 1.5 multiplied by the hours of on call work. Roughly at IR I was making £3000-3500 depending how many calls I get. Those are all net pays which means what I take home. Taxes usually ranges £700-800 a month . Hope it gives you an idea haha

Also, if you have time, please could you kindly make a video on gift ideas for nurses? :)
