Hi there! What was your previous schooling background? Did you do something prior to doing the ABSN? Or just this program? I’m trying to figure out what to do to get into a program!

Hi!! Yes I have my bachelors in biology 😋 most absn programs require you to have a previous 4 year degree and pre-reqs for the program- luckily my biology degree covered all of the program pre-reqs so I didn’t have to take additional classes. Hope this helps 🤍

I know you’re asking her but I have an iPad Pro w/ the 2nd gen pencil. It’s great but the battery isn’t the best because it’s older. If you already have a laptop, you probably won’t need a pro

I have the ipad pro 12.9 inch- I really liked the size bc it was similar to writing on a normal sheet of paper/notebook. I have an apple pencil 2nd generation and sometimes it gives me trouble- especially when my iPad is overheated, it will like spaz out and draw crazy lines lol

@@hollil317 lol I do study mostly alone. I have always been this way- I actually need to be better about meeting up with people to study bc they say its better for learning lol. Occasionally when I am on campus with friends we will talk through the information until we all understand it. But I usually study by memorizing the info and then pretending to teach it to someone. So I usually make quizlets or flashcards to help memorize, then use a whiteboard to pretend to teach!

I definitely recommend having a laptop- I can’t imagine working on assignments without one! But the iPad is definitely just an added bonus- not a must have! It just made taking notes easier for me but notebook paper works great too😉

These are all objects. What one really needs when entering nursing is compassion, common sense and how the patient or client should be first. All these objects do not make a NURSE. For instance nurses could use calculators but only after they understand the math. Your objects some of which are not necessary,

You speak about compassion but you lack it, this young woman is trying to assist incoming students who have no idea what is needed or useful. She is a student as well so take a seat and listen. There is no need to be so negative and unhelpful🙄
