وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته E-Wallet is only for paying for packages. You will need to load the ewallet first with credit card and then pay for package. Last year it was one step and lot of people had issues with credit card companies blocking transactions thinking it is fraud. So this is good that it makes it a two step process
hi, instead of bank transfer and e-wallet, is there an option to pay from payment centers? I heard Houston, DC, SF and NY have payment center from which payment can be made. Please elaborate
We understand the process is not as streamlined as it could be. But in our opinion it doesn’t help getting frustrated. We try to work with what we have and make the best of it.
Another question, do you need to carry the Ahram with you or you can buy it there or is it included in the package? Do you recommend carrying a back pack to keep a water bottle and your shoes in it while doing Hajj , not sure if it is allowed per Sharia and the Saudi government ? Thank you

Salam, as you probably know the packagaes are available for viewing. Why when travelling with 2 people do we need to select a single/double/triple/quad bed? I wanted to select double bed 1 time for makkah and madinah, but it makes me tick it twice. they add crazy amount and if the 2 hujjaj are married then surely just 1 bed is sufficient... Very confusing and not enough information. Hope u can make sense of it
وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته They are typically 2,3,4 single beds. If you book double booking, then you can work with your guide to get a room with your wife. Else for quad. They will separate and put 4 men in one room and 4 women in one.

How can I find out when these packages will be available for purchase? So I know when to be available and not be in a position where they have run out of space. Thank you
At 11:22 you select "bank transfer" and you have the "next" button pop up to proceed forward and fill out the information. However when I click it on my end, the page shows me what is shown at 12:49. There is no "next" option like you had to proceed forward to put my information in. Is this an error on the site? I already transferred some funds via credit card previously. Is this a reason as to why this is happening? I want to proceed with purchases via bank transfer.
If you can do all with different cards. Second round is expected to open Friday, bank transfer will not make it in time to be useful for it, it will take 5-10 days

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته Non Shifting is better as you don’t need to move when in Makkah. 60,000 is only sample amount. once you activate and try to top up you can enter any amount you want.

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته Yes that what it says on top up screens. For refund they will take 1.5% as processing fees. If you have cash back credit card or can consider signing up for a card with signup bonus, that might help reduce some of it that way
Salam. 1. Are you guys one of the service providers that nusuk works with? If so under what provider name does your team work? 2. How many days are you actually using the hotel, i.e. not in tje camps? Just wondering what the point is in getting an expensive hotel if you are stuck in the camps for most of hajj. 3. Did nusuk book out all the hotels to hold them for nusuk hajj? I cannot find any that have openings.

However it is not finalized yet. ان شاء الله will let everyone know once finalized 2) you will be in camps during days of hajj. About 6-7 days. Then depending on your package few days in Medina. Hotel in makka will be more important for non hajj days. If you are closer it is easier to go pray salah in haram, do umrah etc. if you are further away, you can manage with shuttles and taxi, but it is harder to go for every salah. Staying closer is about ease and trying to maximize time in haram when in Makkah. But you can book a package that works for you. 3) I would assume they would have blocked it for hajj packages. I checked on booking.com and trip.com and it only shows hotels that are further away around days of hajj.

If you wait for packages to be released that can also work, but there is a risk with everyone trying to top up at the same time and you run into issues. Credit card companies can also flag large transactions as fraud and you need to work with them to make sure it goes through

Why the packages options is grayed-out? My wallet is active and has an amount in it. Brows service provider is grayed-out too. Does that mean I have to wait?
Sorry brothet i just saw a sister asking for quads, we are a couple husband and wife in application but we don't mind using quads to save money , so how does it work , we chose a package for both then we change it later with an agency group or how ??? How can I put them and the money on one account? I need to refund one wallet but i dont know how
وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته Unfortunately it doesn’t let you remove the account if it has money in the wallet. And they haven’t published process for refunds. One option is to update your mom’s account to a different family member and then start the registration process for your mom with a new email and contact. There is a chance your new account might not get verified on time. Else you would need to book the same package with the two different accounts. As long as you have the same package you will be together ان شاء الله. There is a chance that both purchases might not go through together. Both options have risks, may Allah make it easy for you.

I have added the bank information and account shows active but I see a message regarding making a deposit for it to work. How do I make this deposit? Does the nusuk application have an option or i use bank transfer or apps like moneygram?
It is no bother, feel free to ask. If you are planning to do bank transfer, you should consider topping up larger amount as it can take 10 days. Do note that they will charge 1.5% processing fee when doing refund of unused funds. Cards are immediate so you could wait for package to be released to understand how much to top up/
Salam Aleykoum. I have issues with the e-wallet. My 1st payment was of 8300 rials (around 2090 euros). An error message popped-up indicating that an error occured and that I should try later. However, money was taken from my credit card without being added to my e-wallet. Then, I tried with a smaller amount ( 1000 rial) it worked and I was glad to at least have a functioning e-wallet. But since then I cannot add any more money. I always get the same error message (fortunately this time the money was not cut from my credit card). This worries me. I don't know what to do.

For the first one that failed, ideally it should be in hold and drop off if it is not confirmed by nusuk. But you can also let your credit card company know about it, that the transaction failed.
Salam aleikom, Thank you for the explanation. My application has been verified elhamdolilah but my husband has been rejected due to name don’t match the name on the passport.. He has a double name; Mohamed Yassin and only filled in Mohamed ( like he does on plain tickets). How should we adjust this? Both names as first name or as first and middle name? وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته You will do a wire transfer from your bank using the iban number provided. Technically as long as money goes to same IBAN it should work, but might be better to transfer within your banks and do it from one place. To avoid any issues with refunds later on
For bank transfer you have to do it yourself to send to IBAN number provided for your account. You can go to the branch and they can help you. Do note that it can take 5-10 days to go through and it is expected to open for purchase soon. So if you can do credit / debit card that will be faster
I plan to go with my brother isA. Is the only package we should pick a "couple" one so we do not get separated? Like each of us cannot pick to be in a room with 4 people, to save money....for example? If we registered as a family. I know if we registered separately then we would have though options.
If you are in the same all inclusive package it would be same hotel. If you pick double, you can work with guide to be in same room. Quad option to save money should be fine. if you pick quad, they will give 4 women in one room and 4 men in one.

Yes they are separate but close by. If both have smart phones, you can enable for example find friends in iPhone to share your location with each other. Alternatively AirTags, tiles would work too

If planning to use bank transfer, you might not want to do small transactions. Once packages are released. May be the required amount in one go. Keep in mind it can take 10 days to go through.
I registered early December and still haven’t got verified. I find it strange as I saw others who registered much later and got verified in a short time. Isn’t it supposed to be on a first come first served basis?
Did you log into your profile and check status as well? In case you missed out on email. But if not done yet, ideally they should be doing in sequence, either way packages are not released so ان شاء الله it will be done before then

Also, how can I book the flight without knowing which days/package i will choose? And if they will accept the application. I do not know how many days I will be there. ASW brother, I have been trying for the last few days using Travel Rewards card to top up the ewallet and am getting error. The bank is not receiving any requests from nusuk to block. I am really frustrated. I left out the house number but it is not working. Any advice?

It is Visa. Yes I traveled to Canada and had no issues. I just tried it for small purchase here in US and also called the bank several times. Couldn't figure out what is the error

We will know for sure when packages are released. But expecting Packages such as:- Premium package (zone a Clock tower) - ~$14K-$16K Premium (zone a JabalOmar) - ~$13K-$15K Standard (Zone B) - ~$12K-$14K Standard (zone D Aziziah) - ~$10K-$12K
Most Debits can be charged as credit too. It will take amount from account right away. There might be foreign transaction fees check with your bank if they allow it and how much the fees will be
