Assalaamualaikum. JazakAllah Khair for sharing the latest updates. If you recall there was an issue with passengers' names showing partially when having to choose custom flights via Al Mosafer from within Nusuk platform. Nusuk didn't resolve the issue in time for booking, and they still haven't. So how do I get my full name showing on my ticket? I have reached out to Nusuk, Al Mosafer and to Saudi Airlines. None of them can or are willing to help amend the partial name to the full name. Nusuk is suggesting that I cancel the package and rebook. It won't make the problem go away though. Al Mosafer doesn't have access to my flight booking and hence cannot help. Saudi Airlines is suggesting that I ask the travel agent who booked my ticket to correct the name, which in this case is either Nusuk or Al Mosafer.
We are working with Rawaf Mina so there were different packages depending on zone, hotel etc. we have done walkthrough of some packages in previous videos on the channel so that should give an idea
8th dhul hijja you would go to Mina. So between 5th and 8th it depends if police have blocked the roads. If hotel isn’t running a shuttle, You can get cabs until the blockade and then walk from there. But be careful, as it can be really hot.

They haven’t started approving refunds yet. We expect to start to happen after everyone gets their tickets and visas. (By end of month) unfortunately no clear timeline Check the refund transaction history and it will say waiting for approval
