Sir when i am making hole of M10 size its diameter is showing 0.3543 in creo9.0.0.0

Sir in vedio at 21:15 ...there is pitch circle diameter to add..9.75 mm. But in my software which is 5.0 i m using There is option that is icon location.. I m not able to add diameter ...value...

All the time calculated based on M10 nut and bolt. You have all the formulas in the drawing placed on the left side in the video.

hai sir. i followed the same steps as you did. but even though I applied the cylindrical motion there is no movement for the nut or any movement for the assembly. why is it like that sir? any suggestions

Check the sketch dimension now. Now you delete the previous hole and re-create the hole

How did you know to use ∠75° and 0.500mm when you extended the helical cut transition thru?

70 to 75° is the industry practice.

This is a general practice. I am not sure whether it comes under ASME. Thread is something, no body design. Thread manufacturing is a standard process.
