Phobias and panic attacks can be successfully treated.Seeing a therapist was the best decision you could made.I spent years suffering with untreated depression and anxiety disorder, I wish I could have done it sooner, without wasting so much time feeling lost and helpless.
@@moraelity yeah I got therapy for my anxiety and depression but I still suffer from them. If anything talking to a therapist triggered them or my anxiety anyways since I suffer from social anxiety and I get anxious from talking to people i don't or barely know.

I guess I can share what used to be one of my big phobias: Arachnophobia. A pretty common fear, but I really did not like spiders. If I saw one in my room I would instantly bolt out of there. However, I ended up watching a series of videos involving Jumping Spiders, and despite my fear I actually started finding them pretty cute. They're so curious and kind of adorable in the way they'll just look at you like your some mystery creature they're in awe over. It wasn't until after such that I began watching more spider related videos, and with time my phobia kinda just disappeared. I guess it's because I know most spiders can't harm us and are just curious as to what we are and what we're doing. Heck, last year I even held my cousin's husband's pet tarantula, which felt kind of weird, but it didn't really do anything but crawl over my arm and shoulders. Now if only I could get over my fear of cockroaches...Ugh...

She is the first channel that seems to never get even one dislike...it seems there is always someone who loves to dislike a video in the world or who is negative or never pleased with anything. But she doesn't get one dislike, it's amazing. And I definitely think she deserves that status she is amazing

i cant imagine struggling with panic attacks , you are a very strong woman! and iam glad ur gonna be talking it out with a therapist, cause it take a lot of courage to seek help imo
So good you are seeing an expert and start a journey to deep healing... Reiki is great but in your case it is neccesary to go deep in your past, emotions, mind, maybe even check past lifes, ancestors (distant relatives) and natal chart, this could say a lot and give you tools to healing ❤️
I agree with you! Reiki is just a pain killer 😅 I once went to a healer to do past life regression but I couldn’t get to the hypnosis state. I guess I’m a control freak 🤦🏻♀️ Hopefully things will go well with the therapist 😊

Last weekend I felt the exact same when my sister and her husband slept here. I felt like im gonna die, I had dark thoughts, I was trapped in my mind and I couldnt tell them what I felt, i wanted to cry or call the emergency because I felt like nobody can help. Btw I have panic attacts for 3 years but it was a waaay too strange one and I think the worst.
