Это только на первый взгляд. А , вообще - то, работа очень тяжёлая. Они целый день работают в перчатках и в маске. И изо дня в день повторяют одни и те же действия. А смотреть интересно,и наверняка все это вкусно.
As impressive and hypnotizing as it is to watch them work, all I could really think about was what they were doing wrong, or ways they could make it better.
Wow, meravigliosi . Mi piacerebbe conoscere , mentre vengono utilizzati , gli ingredienti senza le dosi , così sappiamo meglio cosa mangiamo . Grazie ❤
Vanilla bean? During the "milk cream donut" segment? The vanilla bean is scraped to get all the tiny vanilla bean specks for flavor, then the vanilla bean pod is cooked in the milk to give even more vanilla flavor. That part?
49:00 this is Something you get ON our medi Al Market but they mostly overbaked and ITS to hard when done wrong . But jea i wonder how many plastic we could reduce If bakerys dont use all this package and Folie all the time , Looks Like Most of the plastic comes from packages of Candy and stuff And the Milk cream Donuts are No Donuts in Germany there called Berliner and often Sold to carnegal ore new years , filed with Jam ore pudding. ON top sugar coating ore chocolate . The Last one hast nothing to do with pie.. ITS Like 90% nuts......
LOL,, I Know!,, I was yelling at the Video,,,, Lick the SPoon,, Lick the Spoon,, HOW can you make that and not have some chocolate from that cutting knife,,,, and yes,,,, those beaters :)
Nutella sollte man nun wirklich nicht verwenden, schlimmer geht kaum noch und ganz besonders sollte man Nestlé nicht unterstützen! Lieber Schoko - Creme selbst machen, ist nun wirklich nicht schwer.
The pecan tarts were my most disappointment. My crust is NEVER this thick so it's flakey. The little ones looked like the bottoms weren't totally pressed, personally I hate eating a piece of pie and having it drip off my fork and on to my clothes. No idea what your sauce was but the pecan layout was a nice touch. It comes down to the taste, it has to be sweet but not brain numbingly sweet, it has to be firm but not hard and most of all the crust has to be flaky but has to hold up the soft, with a bit of a crunch, pecan. I hope yours tastes better than it looks! Oh, and why in the world would you squish your pastries? Cut the dang thing's! The time you y'all took to make them them have someone squish them. I'd be really pissed!!!
All this is no longer baking. Real baking goes with real butter instead of using the cheapest oil like rapeseed oil, which is unhealthy for the body. Real baking goes with butter and milk, cream and real cocoa and not the unhealthy Nutella. The cakes and rolls are just bloated and puffed up, have no nutritional value and form gases in the body. The Scheibletten cheese which is represented here as Cheddar cheese, is plastic and that should be known slowly everywhere. The corn starch is unhealthy, hardly anyone takes the healthy tapioca starch and the many sugars let cakes only taste sweet but nothing more herausschmecken, not even the vanilla is still real or only scratched. It's just embarrassing how the good old German craftsmanship was first copied and then spoiled with cheap ingredients. The main thing is profit and just some flavor.
Yes, agree... Butter, Milk, Cream, Flour, Sugar, Salt. Egg (Baking Powder) or Yeast. NO OIL!! Then flavoring the pastries,, Real CoCo Powder,, or Real Fruit Filling ABUNDENTLY,,,from fresh good fruit! Or,,, Good Cinnamon/Apple,,,,, All REAL INGREDIENTS,, NO PROCESSED CHEESE (ICK!!),,,,,,,, It is the NO BUTTER and that OIL,,,,, that will ruin it,
@@batata4427 How Horribly Rude! He is giving Facts, You cannot argue with facts on what Baking is. And actually the average person can certainly afford those ingredients,,,, if you buy junk after junk That is expensive. Milk, Butter, Flour all basic ingredients,, If you can't afford Milk Butter and Flour, then a person should be eligible for a food pantry. (where they give you milk, eggs, flour). I realize it takes time and effort to bake things, but it is a cooking channel. pleaes don't insult this man and the facts of what baking really is. We have to Encourage people to make their own food,,,, as much as they can. When you tell an intelligent person, who is trying to HELP people to 'grow up'.....,,,, the ugly is on you. Apologize to that man (or women)..
