5:25 Best thing with water is just to trust your instinct tbh. And I wouldn't really recommend coffee. But tea is usually good, I like the nettle one. And sports drinks are just never a good idea.

Hey will I have coeliac disease (gluten free) and have been on the diet for about 9 months. My performance at first on the diet wasn't the best after being on the gluten diet as it was hard to get used to (very lethargic) but after a good 3 months it has been the best. My performance in all sports has improved significantly and all my energy is back. I eat pretty healthy but I would love to see a vid about the gluten free diet bro. By the way your vids are awesome you have helped me so much with my football. Love from Australia bro

My mom says its good to have bad fatty sometimes. Like today i ate a poptart and chicken nuggets. Like i dont think its that bad. I usually eat broccoli chicken and rice. Which is worked best for me.

Yes! But juggling deficiency is bugging my improvements! It's like a smoking habit after a work out nutrition water and all ! It is leaving me cautious and lose focus on play field skills ! It is making me unhappy , even when I have scored a goal ! It'z like I can do a goal but I cannot juggle , so was that goal a fluke ! These kind of thoughts are damaging me big time !!!
