Welcome back beautiful people! Growing up, my life had always revolved around health & wellness. Holistic health, as I personally never resorted to being treated temporarily or masking an existing problem. Rather, I dive into the root of the problem and and the right solutions. Amidst my nursing studies, I had decided to switch my field of interest to holistic nutrition as it goes hand in hand with having specialized in personal training. It’s sparked more passion in me to want to learn everything about what we consume, the ingredients, where’s the source, etc. These are critical questions to be asking ourselves on the daily, to not overlook this information and create awareness as it highly impacts our overall health.
