I like that you used a 3” polisher. I often find myself using the cordless FLEX PXE on most of the car versus a larger polisher. 💪🏻 🚙 🌟

Great job on the detail! No need to apply Lustre over Evo though. I think NV actually advises to use Boost as a topper for Evo!
@DetailingBreakdown
@DetailingBreakdown 3 года назад
In reality there is no need to apply anything for a months but here we get them flash rains for 2-4 minutes so I just put a little extra on top to protect while curing.

Nice job on the new JEEP. How would you compare this NV Nova coating versus the ArtDeShine Nano Graphene Coating? I’m interested in slickness and appearance after the coating has cured for a few days. I think the Nova coating is a silicon dioxide coating and the ArtDeShine has graphene oxide added to it. I use the ArtDeShine Nano Graphene coating and the water just slides off the paint.
@DetailingBreakdown
@DetailingBreakdown 3 года назад
I would have to say the EVO was definitely easier to work with. The NGC is probably more slick afterwards but that may just be my opinion. I think there is a big difference in price as well between the 2. Both have high gloss. NGC is rated at 5 years vs EVO at 3.

Nice work! What plastic and rubber dressing did you use in the sprayer? I like the high shine!

@@DetailingBreakdown Thanks. I am applying this coating next weekend. Tried a test spot today. Agree it is a bit grippy putting on but it is smooth as butter coming off. Did you notice any visual cues to know when to remove?
@DetailingBreakdown
@DetailingBreakdown 3 года назад
@@stephenbissett3280 it’s a bit different here as it’s so hot. I remember it was forgiving and as I get going and more comfortable with coatings I haven’t used I usually go bigger and bigger on application surfaces. I start small because I don’t know what to expect and wait about 45 seconds and once I figure it out I start stretching that. I don’t remember seeing any visual cues though. Only tried it once. Definitely a smooth coating on removal. And topped with their other sealants and Boost it’s awesome!!!

Which one do you like better for gloss and protection, this one or the artde shine Graphene 2 year coating you did ? ? ?
@DetailingBreakdown

Ohh that’s hard! I see this one once a week at work and it looks soooooo good! But I know the ADS coatings as well and they are fabulous. I had some on my car and when I sold it, the guy asked if I painted it..haha. Either will be a great choice.
