I missed this app somehow, thank you for introducing me to it. It will complement my workflow perfectly. Peace Brother, thanks for all your high quality content!
Ooh I remember seeing this a few years ago when it was in its very infancy, it seems like it has been improved significantly since then. In fact, was this always an Nvidia project or did they buy out the developers? I feel like I remember seeing this as a third party project.
From what I know it was always Nvidia, I actually did a video on it when it was in it's infancy. It was called Nvidia GauGan and it was web based but Canvas is apparently powered by the GauGan AI. I'm just super happy to see an actual application now.
Hello, great vid. I downloaded canvas and tried to recreate one of your drawings but the quality of mine is much worse on the final product. Any idea why?
Travis thank you as always for sharing + giving tips! I remember purchasing the VDB clouds thinking: "wow, what a time to be alive". And now here we are ಡ ͜ ʖ ಡ Thanks legend !
Your username is epic hahaha, I actually decided to drink a glass of water lol. Thank you so much for supporting me with the VDB clouds. Yeah, technology is always improving, I love it!
Is it possible to create "magical" landscapes like some with flying rocks or something like that? If yes, I could use it for background images for my fantasy audio book
Travis! Great software but something else I would Love to know, how are you tracking that terminator face to yours so successfully? After effects? Cheers, Howard
It really is awesome. I see practical use for it right now if you're an environment concept artist. You can just use this to generate a base that you can paint on top of with Photoshop, might help speed things up BUT since it's still in beta I'm sure they will add more features so I'm keen to see how it develops.
