You may have chosen the "ECO MODE on GPU" (GPU power saving) option if you are running Asus Armory Crate. It causes the GPU to not be seen in the device manager, which causes this issue. Try using a different mode modes.

For me i fix it by uninstalling nvidia driver (both on Device Manager and control panel), restart pc, and installing downloaded latest nvidia driver. Am running windows 10 pro 2021. Please wen u download driver, make sure its exact model.
