I realized that all those analysts are a bunch of Bipolars. When a stock is going up, they keep pushing people to buy like the stock will keep going up, it is the last occasion to buy. institutional buying into NVDA9K could totally break the cycle and the peak expectation of end of 2025 will likely spectacularly fail to appear. If the last double peak was odd, the next one will catch most people out again.
But it was a full sector dip not Nvidia specific. All the other semis are substantially down. At the same time Stacy was saying not to invest in Intel. If you compare the two, Nvidia was definitely a better pick.
We’re literally in a perfectly normal correction. Not sure you know this, but stocks don’t go straight up for ever and ever. This stock is still like 135% up for the year. Go look at the chart March to April 2024, almost the same exact pattern before earnings kicked off an unbelievable run up. Not to mention the correction has had almost nothing to do with Nvidia itself (besides the rumored Blackwell delays). This is what happens when the dominant market leader reports at the absolute last moment of earnings season. Y’all just can’t wait it out.
