If I was placed on the TDRL and was then after reevaluated and dropped below the 30% and removed from the retirement list would I receive a severance pay after that readjustment?
@combat douglas NVLSP is the largest Non-Profit Organization. Their Organization is famous for organizing Class Action Lawsuits against the VA, offering Pro Bono services for help with VA Disability Claims, Discharge Upgrade Cases, etc. I got accepted into the program called Lawyers Serving Warriors. NVLSP partners with hundreds of Law Firms throughout the country, and those Law Firms work with Veterans Pro Bono to help them access the benefits they're entitled to. I was accepted into the program and have been working with two Pro Bono Lawyers. Their funding comes from investors, companies, etc. It is possible for the Law Firm that helps the Veteran Pro Bono could ask the government for reimbursement on specific types of things.
Currently going thru Med Board. Should be about done with PEB. I’ve been at 70% for my med board condition on the VA side for five years. What are the chances the VA drops my established percentage when assigning one for the PEB?
Hello I have been in for 2 years in the Navy, last year I fall from the jet after duck diving I heart my knee not knowing I was 2 months pregnant at the time , was dealing with overweight during pregnancy , back pain that became now so severe to the point I can’t do simple tasks and migraines every other day , going to medical but they say that they don’t see anything on the X rays that I am fine , now the sent me back to the airframes shop at 6 months postpartum, going through depression anxiety and it’s , I’m over it .
You should try to get a MEB board. If your PCM won't do it, get a mental health counselor to submit a Condition not a disability, or CND discharge for you. Get out and get all medical records and apply for disability compensation from the VA. The Navy is not where you or I belong.
