The first process is the pulp making system:
The waste paper will be put into the hydraulic pulper, from where the waste paper will be made into rough pulp.
Then the rough pulp will flow into first pool. In the first pool, the rough pulp will be refined by the pulp beater.
After the first pool, the pulp will flow into the mixing pool to be adjusted in correct proportion. Then to the supply pool which supplies the pulp into forming machine.
The second process is forming system:
The finished pulp will be sucked into forming machine by pulp pump from the supply pool.
Under the suction power of vacuum pump, the pulp will stick to the mold and form into egg tray.
By air compressor, the formed egg tray will be blown to transfer mold then to the belt for drying.
Drying system includes three Drying methods:
1- Natural drying by sun. This drying method is suitable for small capacity 1000pcs/h-2000pcs/h;
2-Brick drying system. This drying method is suitable for medium capacity 3000pcs/h and 4000pcs/h;
3-Metal drying system. This drying method is suitable for big capacity 5000pcs/h above;
After drying, the egg tray will be stacked by packing machine. The purpose of stacking is for saving space to reduce transportation cost;
If the users want to produce egg box. It will need hot press machine. After hot press, the surface of egg box will be smooth and hard with beautiful appearance
