At least Vagabond is really generic. Nobody fucking listens to that tune anymore. If it was that great, it would have been a classic by now. And guess what? It's not! "The Melody" is 10 times better. And for the record, Vagabond is actually copied after a song from Yahel and that post was deleted right after people discovering that. Some people become more famous by attacking famous people than by producing music. And do you know why they aren't famous? Because they produce shitty generic tunes and then they attack big names for a 5% similarity with an awesome tune. I hope this clarifies the matter.

Again this is utter nonsense. Vagabond and Open Your Mind are different melodies that share only the first few notes. Maybe Vagabond took inspiration from Open Your Mind but it’s certainly not a blatant cut and paste rip off like we are seeing here.

It's not close enough to be automatically called a ripoff imho. Pitch wise the jump down is similar, but its a pretty established style thats been used in hundreds of tracks, the actual note pattern (when the notes are played) is entirely different, and even pitch wise it doesn't follow the same in many places.

There is a marked difference between Yahel - Open Your Mind and Vagabond melody wise.
