Hi everyone! I'm Manish Vanamandla. I work as an Associate QA Engineer at Aretedge. Here’s my story:
I graduated from Vaagdevi Engineering College (VEC), Bollikunta in 2021 with a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE). I wanted to become a Full Stack Developer but decided to focus on software testing instead.
At NxtWave, I learned a lot with a focus on practical knowledge. It was a bit hard, especially with Python, but I managed. I had to take a break for 5 months because of my mother's health, but I came back and finished the course.
I learned that upskilling is more important than just getting a job. Focus on learning and getting better at your skills. This helped me a lot during interviews. I talked about growth mindset and brand value, which impressed the HR.
For those looking for a job, take your time to learn the basics well. Don't worry about negative reviews and trust yourself. With hard work and patience, you will get a job.
