Interesting video. I live in an apartment overlooking Nassau Interlocking, and watched (from my 5th floor) this eastbound "ribbon rail" work work train roll through. To all you railroad "sleuths" out there...who's the dude -- always wearing blue (shirt or jacket) -- who keeps showing up on the eastbound side of the interlocking, rolls up in a Crown Vic with a curious antenna on top, climbs up on a retaining wall, shoots the morning (eastbound) NY&A "garbage and stone" train (empties), and then scoots away "in the blink of an eye"??
