I have proudly enjoyed practicing as an Attorney in the state of New York for the past 26 years.
After attending the New York University School of Law, graduating with top honors and passing the New York State Bar in 1992, I vowed to legally fight for the rights of people like you and me; hard working family men and women, and their families.
Oftentimes, our everyday fellow community member is disregarded and underrepresented in today’s legal system. I’m always here to help remedy that problem.
My Family Law Practice encompasses developing Wills and Last Testament documents, administrating Probate issues after a loved one passes, Estate Planning, Trusts, Real Estate Law, and last but not least, Traffic Violations.
It seems that traffic ticket violations are the most common legal service needed and on the rise with the usage of digital devices causing driver’s distractions.
I have helped hundreds of clients save time, money, court appearances, fines, and distress while representing them for traffic violations.
I proudly deliver value to my clients through ideas, expertise, and advice.
I work diligently to address the legal questions and circumstances that arise in our everyday lives, including the laws that affect our family life, workplace and personal finances.
I am more of a “law-lawyer” than a “fact-lawyer,” generally happier writing and filing documents, writing and arguing motions and appeals than in showing off for a jury; essentially a problem solver.
Recognizing that every client is unique with specific needs, I approach each client with understanding and respect for their particular case.

* Real Estate Law (representing both buyers and sellers of homes, condos or coops)
* Probate Law and Administration (handling an estate from beginning to end, whether with or without a will so that matters are expeditiously resolved to the satisfaction of all interested parties)
* Wills and Trusts.
Again, I provide cost-effective legal services to individuals purchasing homes and to existing home owners who are selling.
Besides providing legal advice, negotiations, consulting work, and dispute resolution for minor and major real estate transactions, I prefer to meet with every client face-to-face and provide them with advice that only a trained lawyer can provide.
Because I am located in your New York community, not only will I keep you informed throughout the transaction, but I am also available to resolve any issues that may arise during the course of the transaction.
