NY Fashion week, influencer life + Date night & more! VLOG | AALIYAHJAY 

I didn’t get a chance to film the reason why I had to switch hotels, so I’ll pin it here: The hotel I stayed at gave out my room number without my permission. They lied and told my friend they called me and said that I said they can come up, when they did not call at all! And yes that is my friend I don’t mind him coming up, but imagine if it wasn’t my friend or it was a crazy stalker or a thief? When I went downstairs to ask why they did that, they said they just figured they was with me. He was with me, but we got to the hotels at two different times. So how'd they just assume he was my friend? Didnt ask for his name and then lied about calling for my permission. Assuming then lying about anything in any situation can put so many people in danger. That made me so uncomfortable so i packed my things and requested a refund which i did get. We were stranded without a hotel for about 2 hours. and because NYC was a hot spot for the week, every hotel was very expensive or booked up. It was frustrating but we figured it out and my spirit felt so much safer once i got to my new hotel ❤️☺️

Let me tell you... I've been back-stage as a fashion show dresser, a hair and make up artist, and on stage as a model. Aaliyah you are doing BIG THINGS. A private room with a team of stylists and designers is not for everybody. You are paving a path for generations to come. Thank you for bringing us along this part of your journey. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
