BS. You don't need a License to Operate a vehicle. You are travelling as long as you are not invoked in Commerce. Only Taxi , Uber, Limousin, bus, Trucks that are invoked in Commerce are required to have a licence. Take tags of your vehicle and replace with plates that indicate that you are "Non Commercial" Make sure that the vehicle is you private property. Do your research fools.

You are completely wrong. Do not try this!!!!! Every person who operates a motor vehicle must have a driver's license to drive on a New York highway. NYVTL 509-1 Driving without a valid license. Unlicensed driving (meaning the driver was never issued a license) is punishable by a $75 to $300 fine and/or up to 15 days in jail. DA, DMV, NYSP, Attorney all confirmed. I did my research “fool”.
