Showed this to my 7 years old sister. She was about to cry since dramatic 'yung first part ng scene. But upon finishing the entire ad, she said, "Ha?" I couldn't stop laughing because I had the same reaction when I first viewed it. Hahahaha. Salute to the team for bringing something new to the table (literally and figuratively).
Very meaningful! She had had been keeping the secret so the 4 cups were empty for quite sometime until she shared her secret and the family became so very happy. Now the family will be contented from there on.
Its weirdest and most uncomfortable filipino commercial I have seen. The effects are too good for a commercial, even better than most filipino tv series(Victor magtanggol).
Empty yung baso like pag di mo alam totoong pagkatao feeling mo empty ka at magulang mo lang ang makakapagpuno nun. But what if sharing RC cola means sharing love? PS.
Just saying
Me before watching the full ad: Ohh..... what's gonna happen!??! I don't understand Filipino..... Me halfway though the ad: Jeez..... Me after watching the full ad: OMFG WHAT THE 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@RCColaPhilippinesOfficial best ad ever! sobrang galing sabi ng nanay ko na walang ka alam alam how technology and the culture of todays modern world.. BRAVO sa team nito. btw RC cola drinker here..
@@savageaf1943 kahit we maintain our government companies. South Korea and Japan became rich despite the wars because they are able to emulate the success of other countries. They materialize their skills and export to other nations thus bringing more wealth despite the lack of natural resources. Venezuela made private companies to public companies, what happened? It end up inefficient and unable to use productively.
Tbh, it's tear worthy if you can relate to the story being as the mother which is the one na magpupuno ng kakulangan ng kanyang anak....while also being funny (ngl tho but fr it was funny and i was lmao) overall it was One of the GOAT ads I've seen so far😂
If someone needs the translations: Boy: “Mom?” Mother: “Yeah?” Boy: “Am I adopted?” Mother: “Huh? Now who told you that?” Boy: “They keep teasing me at school, mom. They say I’m adopted.” Mother: “Son, haven’t I told you not to take what other people say too personally?” Boy: “But mom… Tell me! Am I adopted? ….Mom. Am I adopted?!? Then explain this to me mom… Explain to me why I have four glasses on my back!” Mother: “We kept this hidden from you for a long time, my son…. But I think it’s time you finally found out…”
Surrealism. The mother fills the emptiness of the child. I laughed at first but I do appreciate the message & editing of this ad. You got people to talk about this and that's what matters in marketing so good job ♥️
Surrealism at its best! Surrealism is a modern art style of painting that juxtaposes, various abstract concepts together to give a startling effect. It is characterized by fully recognizable images which are realistically painted, taken out of their normal setting and contexts then reassembled or organized within an ambiguous, paradoxical, or shocking framework. Surrealist paintings are often illogical and express imaginative dreams with visions that emphasize the subconscious rather than rationale. Surrealism originated in France and flourished as an art movement in the early twentieth century.
RC Cola's Advertisement Explained RC Cola Philippines lastest Advertisement taught us that - "It takes courage for a mother to share something she may kept inside, but it's something that can fill the emptiness of a child that he may also constantly hide". SUMMARY: The child went home with questions, until he revealed himself with 4 empty glasses unto his back. It was followed by a Mother whom took her head off, filled it with ice and poured the said beverage which she may trying to get rid of. The video ended up with a scene of a father and sister, where they shared the 4 glasses of RC Cola together. MEANING: It depicts the emptiness that the child may carry for a long time, and imagine how hard it is for a Mother to reveal the truth and share it to give what's meant for her child. As the glasses were filled, the family were completed and they enjoyed the moment. How RC Cola incorporates, "Kapag merong problema, mapag-uusapan kasama ang RC Cola" was great. Moreover, some details like child taking his clothes off defines "naked truth", the ice cubes and his reaction is a "chill" effect of how talk is going on after his rage, the mother taking her scarf from her neck means putting off conservatism to address it with rigid truth. Other details are self-explanatory from it's connotative and denotative level. If you find this DISTURBING and WEIRD then it's definitely FINE, 'cause it's a success indication for the Advertising Team to create an Organic Buzz. Art doesn't always comfort you. Yay, Surrealism! ✨ #RCCola - Edit: These are some points that I was able to come up while analyzing the Ad for my Reading Visual Arts. I'm not affiliated to Company nor the Advertising Team itself. I just want to unfold mayhap the interpretation for my friends and wasn't expecting to pull off this massive audience. Nevertheless, I'm not merely trying to explain, but to appreciate the Semantics rather. ✨ CTTO...
too weird, made me laugh, made my day, great acting, great animation(dk i'm not an expert but it looked good to me), now i want some RC but there's none :(
Sobrang layo po, as in. Bigyan po natin nang chance ang GMA. Maybe (ehem), after 10 years or so. I hope. . .
