Be that as it may, a twin bed with some foam covered blocks to be a back the twin bed can double as the sofa and bed. A small upholstered chair and a TV tray doubles as a dining room and a guest chair. Propping up the bed with plastic storage bins under it triple plays as bed, sofa and dresser. Wall sconces saves floor space acreage. A dust buster is a vacuum, an old hand towel is a mop. Float a couple shelves on the wall for a fake plant and some books doubles as home storage and bookcase. Floating shelves in bathroom with baskets doubles as linens and medicine cabinet. Where there is a will, there is a way. A couple hooks on the back of the front door doubles as coat closet and exit. NY newbie go for it!

Cuz it's in New York I bet you any money that place goes for $1,500 or more per month. Which is crazy. I laughed when he said you get a window like it was a benefit.

While loosing storage space for a dishwasher is a tradeoff, it's one I think a lot of people would make in NYC. I'm a little surprised it isn't a smaller drawer dishwasher, but I realize those are less common and probably more expensive than just giving the Tennant a larger one.

It's about 10x13.5 Thatsvthe size of a small living room or a hotel room.

I wouldn’t pay $600. Oh, wait! It’s NYC. A twin bed by night and a sofa by day.? The so-called closet can only be used as a linen closet and don’t know where someone would put their clothes. Kitchen cute. Bathroom is alright but it will be a challenge keeping the water when showering to not pool up in the window seal that’s inside the shower 🤦🏽‍♀️. The entry door should not have been placed in the center of that wall. It should have been moved closer to the kitchen, thereby giving more wall space to place a sofa/bed. The furnishings are cute and modern and the building complex overall looks nice. That abandoned building next door looks scary and it would cause me a meltdown to come home after dark.

That is more than twice my mortgage for a 3 bedroom townhouse. It’s truly crazy to pay that much for such a small place.

You can’t fold out a sofa bed make the twin double as bed and sofa. Pillows as back and sit on bed as sofa.

If the ceiling is high enough a loft twin would work with love seat below it. So would twin bed with covered foam block as a back makes a bed/sofa combo.

The ceiling is definitely not high enough and that ceiling fan takes up a lot of space up there. Lol If this place had huge, vaulted ceilings, the loft bed idea would be great 👍
