I wish more “new to New York” types actually appreciated the architecture that makes this city beautiful instead of jacking up the rent with these cardboard box boring “modern” buildings that will outdate themselves every 5 years. 🙃 for this rent you could have a stunning townhouse in the uws or a classic 6 condo in the east village in a doorman building with a gym. 🤷🏾‍♀️

AND I HATED HELL’S KITCHEN… you have to walk like 15 min to trains and having to deal with tourists and times square… horrible!
