I don’t think I’ve ever heard of these cases. Maybe you should post a shirt summary here on the victims’ behalf. We absolutely need cold case/case review squads at a state level to have new people unconnected to the local cops reviewing the files & re interviewing witnesses, etc. Some cases can never be solved, but most cases the problem is that the cops assigned were incompetent, didn’t care about the victims, or even good cops but they had a dying parent or spouse, was going through a divorce or it happened during a crime spree when there were dozens or more than 100 murders a day or during a weekend. There just weren’t enough cops to cover every case properly. It’s one thing if somebody gives you the wrong burger or ships the wrong order to your house, but when we are taking about violent crimes & people’s lives, we need a backup system to redo the job over & over until it’s solved or it’s been 80 years & everyone is dead.

This is a whole other case I was going to say something but this is another case.
