Reason for dirt in India and tropical countries like India is it's weather. Because we have monsoon for 4 months rest of the year the soil gets lose and gets converted into dirt all over. Unlike all these other countries where it rains any day that settles in the dirt. We can't do anything about it

Not really. Black people got rights later than us. Their women had to fight for voting rights. In India it was never a question. Their policies are still shaped by Chritianity, like abortion, gay rights etc. When Indians deal with these, religion is not a factor. India hasnt come off the law and social dynamics of Islamic and Chrsitian domination yet. Hindu society is still in caste system. So we have our own issues. It's not comparable. The thing about USA is disciple, cleanliness and practical town planning.
