Like it or not, in this country we have a presumption of innocence until proven guilty in a court of law. He has zero obligation to resign until after he has had his day in court.
I'm a conservative gal but I support him. He took some flights and ridiculously mediocre kickbacks, lol. So what?? Look at Obama, Clinton, Biden, becoming obscenely wealthy as "public servants." They came after him for speaking the truth about the illegal immigrant situation. We should support that from ANY politician. His nickel and dime "treats" are not important.
You got it wrong, They investigated him a year ago and continued to his indictments. It has nothing to do with Biden immigration issues. I applauded the prosecutor for going after the corruption, we have been complaining about it for years, and now, criticizing the law enforcement officers to do their jobs, is wrong. Of course, the Mayor is innocent until proven guilty about it. The Feds, and the prosecutor normally will not waste their time if the evidences are not strong enough for the convictions. I am just grateful that they are going after all types of frauds and corruption. They talked so much about upgrading the benefits, but what's about the straw donations? That's definitely affected the decision making process and it could hurt our country. I support all law enforcement officers, and thank you for doing your jobs with integrity, no political preferences.😊

They would have left him alone if he welcomed all those "immigrants" with a wide smile instead of trying to give them the bums rush and saying that they were destroying the city. He strayed from the program, and now he's being punished. They are making an example out of him. It might have helped him if he was the FIRST Black mayor of NY city, but he ain't.

Very well done, don't quit your job. When Mr. Thomas of the Supreme Court does so, then we can ask him to resign. Acts of corruption must be prosecuted no matter who commits it. These acts should not be selective depending on your position or who you work for. If they don't apply to everyone, then don't apply them to anyone.
His next step will absolutely be to turn it into a race issue, and attempt to circle the wagons with black people. Something to the tune of “us” or “I don’t look like the typical mayor” will absolutely be dragged in to his defense.
