School is out, but education is still top of mind for parents, teachers and lawmakers on this episode of "The Point with Marcia Kramer" on CBS New York.
So much is dumped on teachers. Teaching became dealing with behavioral issues. Class size is extremely important, not to be ignored. Teachers are human beings, not machines. Teachers will walk out after they burn out. There's a lot of abuse teachers endure from the students, other teachers, administrators, parents. It's too much. This has been a bad situation since at least the 1950s. Cronyism and Nepotism have reigned with non-credentialed "teachers" being hired. Ugly.
