The urban youth does everything they can to use slang and avoid speaking proper English as if it was some sort of disease. Its not just about their using the word vibe, its their ghetto mentality and culture (I'm talking about every race of young teens and adults not just black people) I'm very worried for the future generations because these young people are going to be mothers and fathers someday and they are going to teach and raise their kids to be just like them.
