OMG, it's important to give your PC breaks. (Turn it off at night especially). My old computer completely died (It may have had a virus?), and I over worked it by not turning it off. Also, you can get a business computer, and you can leave it on longer.

I heard you say something that made me think that you living in New York has changed who you are now, and where and you see your channel going in the future. I am terrible for speaking fast. I naturally speak fast anyway but it's worse when I'm nervous so I make a conscious effort to slow down for presentations or public speaking. But then I think I sound robotic. I don't learn scripts per se for presentations, as I get too into my head about learning lines. I learn the key messages for each slide, then I incorporate them into my presentation. So it's more like a conversation. Similar to you highlighting or making bold key things you want to say

I'm going to Trader Joe's next Monday. I love their pizzas!!! :) 🍕🍕 Also, they have really good honey shrimp, look for it. I recommend Les Miserable. I had the cassettes or CDs, so I knew the music before seeing it. It was like a dream to see it. I'm interested in joining. Tuesday, I missed choir because I was so tired, unbelievably tired.
