Love the guy saying that he uses the Nikon D5 cause he likes "old stuff" when in reality he spent a sh%tload on that camera and wanted to get every penny out of it before everything moves to mirrorless
That is what people in business do, get every penny's worth out of their equipment. Not doing video=don't need mirrorless. It is much better in low light than even the A1 as far as noise performance. For this shoot, you don't really need that super really low light ai. He won't have to switch to mirrorless until no-one can service his camera or lenses anymore if needed. Top level pro camera, for a working photographer, Nikon will service it for years to come if need be or give him a decent trade in deal. Ps; Everything did move to mirrorless because in the last year, it not only finally made it here, it surpassed the DSLR if you can afford the top models with the stacked sensors. Peace & happy shooting.
🤣 🤣 it never changes!! every event all over the world... production design never EVER consult the photographers to workshop lighting issues that might arise at time of show. Photographers have to move position, and dont get the statue, which was supposed to be in background of shots! 🤦♂
🤣🤣🤣 Nigel was spruiking Sony Mirrorless as the go to for low light shooting.... goes and interviews the professional who's been shooting for a while "I use a D5 DSLR, cause its really good in low light!!" do be fooled by the coolade peeps
"Statue of Liberty"... no. "LIberty enlightening the World"... yes. "Biggest week on the fashion calendar."... no. NYC is not the only place. "One of the biggest weeks on the fashion calendar."... yes. There are many other more meaningful and important places and events ( = fashion weeks).
