If you combine this with the original, It is like-- PERFECTION! With Dani's voice and Schoolcraft's beautiful voice, It is almost like a bonus track from Hammer of the Witches album. But that's just me.
This is indeed a great cover! Personally, I prefer the original because I like the "The Beauty and the Beast" technique and the Melodic Death/Extreme Metal Genre. This is something different and excels in what it does - for people who like other genres better, such as Gothic, this is bound to be mesmerizing to them. Great job, brilliant!!
I would imagine a disney princess animation with a twist of Dani and Lindsay portraying in a dark fantasy world gritty of horror of lovecraftian,demons and something of a love story that is better than twilight.
It's amazing when people take a song out of its original genre and absolutely knock it out of the park. I can't compare they are two separate amazing, perfect songs! Myrkur (Amalie Bruun) did the same thing with king diamond's welcome home.
You know if Someone makes an accapella version of Cradle of Filth's version of this and post this, that would be awesome, I might have a plan to combine Dani's voice with her lovely voice! Think about it. You get two great vocalists in one track- almost like Fading star, except better!
Can't say i agree with caroline... just a personal pref... I think lindsay is the best they have had... Sarah just failed to perform live at 24/7.... no dis on Caroline, again just my personal pref.
