I see they are using a blue color soap in a spray bottle to clean off equipment, which is likely something like Dawn dishwashing soap. While a great anionic surfactant for dishes, not so great for cleaning off cancer causing cationic chemicals. That same company that makes those wipes in the videos (hygenall) also makes a surface cleaner that removes all three types of chemicals, cationic, anionic and non-ionic.
