NYST 2015-08-23 - Second Session Tow by Nick 

Sunday morning, second session at New York Safety Track. I ended up behind Nick in the grid. They let us go out first. There was "no passing" allowed the first couple of laps. It was so helpful to follow a coach like him in this session. It really helped me tie together many things I've been learning from so many people. By my last session of the day, I ran by best time ever at NYST.
