The reason there was a NZ treaty in the 1800's was because the white man couldn't win the war because our ancestors stood together to fight. Imagine if Maoris' stop fighting each other now and stood together as one again, wouldn't that be a site.
Watched this several times, and will watch again. If you want your kid to learn about being Maori and the mums not helping why not take a Te Reo class or go on RU-vid or internet and learn about Maori yourself and you can teach her the positive things you learn. Take baby steps and you will be right :-)
For those of you from overseas who don´t know much about the black power they are a maori gang and they have a very special tradition at funerals when paying their respect to their fellow gang members who have passed away. During the funeral they turn their dead fellow gang member over in his coffin, pull his pants down and they each give him a seriously good asslickingsession. They're doing a Haka, basically a traditional Maori war dance.
