Great video and well explained. One question could you do a video explaining the differences with the different types of slabs e.g. a rib raft vs a max raft etc...

Why did they choose to concrete the whole floor with all that back filling, would it not have been more cost-effective to have a timber foundation where the GL was more than 600 below FFL and then a concrete floor where it was less than 600mm? Or was there another reason for this?

General principle: If ground slope was 10deg or steeper that's when you'd be right. I'd suspect the concrete floor was a client specification.

You do an excellent job. How about doing something about the shower and not use those nasty curved screens. Glass 900x900 frameless shower really made a bathroom. Well done though you really care for the client.
