"when you look back and all of a sudden you think that you were advice wrongly and you have taken some wrong decisions. But you are making those decisions that you don know". Some Papua New Guineans are trilled by these type of statements from a former PM, because if the country's captain could accept wrong advices to make decisions which he himself doesn't know right or wrong, then this country might have been driven into the drain big time. What's the solution to help such things not to occur? Can we pass a law and say PM nominees should have a minimum of 10 degrees in different fields to know everything and avoid taking wrong advices and making wrong decisions?
