He's also never really spent so much time with his subordinates before which helped whatever image they have of him along (being ruthless and all.) However, they're now stuck with him with only shadows of the original power dynamic keeping them together since he can't kill them for disobedience, it's going to be interesting seeing how they react to him from now on. I'm invested in seeing them get tired of his shit and overthrow the guy into the cocoon we saw in Super, simply because Freeza admits he will never change and having him embody that respects his character.

If the Ginyus are still there, they’ll bully him for daring to pose as their Captain. Thing is, would Frieza believe him after the body swap? I think Frieza would just threaten to blow him up for acting like that, to *dare* to imitate one of the only people he tolerated.

power levels are tied to the body, so it makes sense that the frog inhabiting ginyu's body is too strong for the normal process. But the fact that it went to HIFL implies that namekian frogs have a concept of morality and this one chose to be evil.

When they mentioned "Super Hell" imagine King Cold is there all locked and everything because he committed 1000% more atrocities than Frieza and some kind of fight breaks out between Frieza and Cell and they both get sent to "Super Hell" and if King Cold is there he tells Cell about all of Frieza's princess moments. Zarbon is also stated to have had a girlfriend in tfs continuity, so he could be straight as well. Being feminine and admiring attractive people doesn't make one gay or even bi for that matter. Dodoria probably is straight, too, but is just absolutely a top and, well, given her options I don't know if she'd go for anyone in HFIL. We frankly just don't have any information on her in that regard.
