O-Desmethyltramadol (O-DSMT) is an opioid that has primarily been used indirectly due to it being a primary metabolite of the analgesic tramadol. Since the 2010s it has occasionally been used on its own as it has been sold through the grey market/research chemical market.
It has a longer duration than tramadol and more typical opioid-like effects, although it still impacts monoaminergic systems to an extent that might somewhat influence the effect profile.

I think O-DSMT still has a large effect on serotonin. I bought 10g of o-dsmt from a reputable vendor. Had moderate tolerance had been opiate user for 5 years. Used 9g in probably 6 days. Very weak and more of a cloudy feeling and good mood than an opiate high. After running out I had terrible withdrawals emotionally I felt genuinely dead inside. I had severe dissociation, I didnt even have the motivation to eat or drink, taking a shower felt terrible cause my wet hair against my back felt like needles. Cold sweats all night and no sleep. Felt like I had a terrible flu but mentally was the worst part. One of the worst feelings imaginable. This shit is no joke to get addicted to. The withdrawal lasted 5 whole days and I was using it for less than a week and had these kind of withdrawals. Be careful with this substance.

Then the withdrawal hits even tho there was never any real intoxication and for some reason the withdrawal is worse that way. Phenibut withdrawal was absolute hell and i never got that high off it. Be safe people dont use anything in massive amounts in a short duration of time

I used tobsee people getting off trams at the methadone clinic and I'd be disappointed cause they were actually moving up in the opiate world by doing so. I've been on both. I've had withdrawal from both trams is very mental because it has SSRI effects as well as a *VERY MILD* opiated feeling trams felt more like an upper then an opiate esque stimulus like I would get from the rush of morphine or roxycodone.. suboxone is my savior drug now.

This is the only opioid I've ever gotten any form of withdrawal from. I've done Heroin, Fentanyl, oxycodone, hydrocodone, tramadol, & morphine. I spent around 3 months doing oxycodone or morphine basically every day and got 0 withdrawals upon stopping, other than maybe anger. No physical withdrawals whatsoever. With O-DSMT after just a few days of use it was giving me chills and a runny nose the morning after using it. That being said, I did enjoy its effects. I needed to take anti-nausea meds, like Meclizine & Diphenhydramine, in order to keep it down though. Otherwise, when I was on O-DSMT, I'd vomit after eating pretty much anything

I am into this for about two hours right now. I used 60mg in total. I've never used this and i have no tolerance. Route of administration is boofing. I dissolved 30mg in a slightly salty solution and put it in a needleless syringe. Then i took it up the butt and an hour later i felt chill and relaxed. It was very subtile and so i dosed another 30mg and now it feels really nice. Very calm and relaxing effect. Itchy nose is here. I think it's comparable to Kratom in small doses, yet without stimulating euforia. It just feels very nice.

The oral bioavailability of tramadol is way less and underwhelming while oDsmt is quite an expensive drug per dose. You might want to figure why suppositories were invented and if you think it makes you gay I would like to suggest to stay away from meth or amphetamines in general.

How did the amount that I would’ve of U4 and man I was so dizzy I put my head down I couldn’t even hold my head above the table pass out there’s nothing like U4.

Yeah it was the "krypton" or something like that, it was kratom mixed with odsmt. But neither are significantly deadly even in higher doses so i think it was more of a scare then really dangerous, since odsmt and kratom are both still legal everywhere but the UK and NY

If you enjoy kratom youre far better off just switching kratom strains and taking breaks. I love kratom and ive never had odsmt but its safe to say kratom should never be replaced by another opiate, especially since its 100x easier to pop a pill then to slurp down the green mud. That being said addiction and impulsive use is harder to avoid with the easy use of a pill. Its already risky to substitute normal kratom powder with kratom extract, substituting it for an actual opiate is going to be a very slippery slope towards harder and cheaper opiates like heroin or fentanyl. Just tried it, around 80mg orally. Better than kratom for certain. It feels like a mild oxycodone without the stimulating effects of kratom. Pretty much no nausea or itchiness as well, which is a huge plus.Kratom is still safer and way less expensive though.

Speciosa specialist used to Spike thier uei and fst extracts with this stuff. They also put it in thier oxindole enhanced Bali. Ah the good old days. Back in 2008- 2015. Everyone thought it was just strong kratom extract 😂 Shit was spiked with desmethyl from China. That shit would get you so fucking high. It's funny how they just randomly stopped selling it in 2016. They won't give any explanation for it's disappearence either. Good thing I know I guy that used to work for the company 😂🤣 Been a kratom consumer for fourteen years. It's not even that enjoyable of a drug. Mix it with some good kratom powder though 🔥 Krypton kratom put too much in thiers and the idiots actually killed a few people in Europe.

Slight differences honestly, lorazepam has a longer half-life and about half the potency of alprazolam, more potent than clonazepam and diazepam. Ativan is personally my favorite benzo for anxiety although it is quite sedating like it's Xanax and klonopin counterparts.

I take that same dosage bupropion 300 mg + Tentin 5mg x 8 daily (at least x8 is the max I'm aloud, but I never really take that much.) I was smoking heroin for a year now, quitted a few months Before that; I already had a bit of opiod tolerance, because of oxycodon, and a bit of methadon at times. I want to explore more opiod options, mixtures of (legal + illegal) substances. I'm looking for something fun and cozey like H, and I'm trying not to get into shooting it up just yet. Methadon feels evil, like a inception, delusion/satanic trap. I'm currently smoking this powder odsmt on foil for the first time. It feels scrapy, like I'm bouncing against the walls and edges of this prectrum of the whole substance. t

Vintage 100mg doses of o-dsmt feel like a 10-20mg dose of hydrocodone.. only difference is the o-dsmt lasts 6-7 hours and euphoria isn’t as prevalent but it’s still there.

I would buy that here in the UK in 2013 from.one of the many Vendors then on the web. It was £40 /Gram. It was nice but I am pleaed it is not available here now. If you cant control your impulses and have little money You Do NOT want to try this!

But Nooo! None. Basically, the Awful side effects of antidepressants and no pain relief. Etc, ETC, etc etc, However, if you tell me what you are needing from the substance, I think I may be able to give you the appropriate answer. *~Although, TDC, Have been pretty comprehensive in their upload too.>~♥~

How does O-DSMT compare to kratom? I've been loving the euphoria and stimulation of kratom and was looking for a legal upgrade.

@@sternkrieger1950 it's much stronger than kratom in my exp. Some of my background, I was doing anywhere from 1g to 14g of kratom when I used it. And for O-DSMT I've done pills orally 100mg to 150mg generally but best results came from 80-120mg boofed.

@@stabMyFaceOff Yep, euphoria miles better on O-DSMT and it doesn't have the same ceiling effect kratom has. I can boof 200mg and not even feel itchy or nauseous whereas 5g of kratom I'm always on the verge of vomiting. I am using O-DSMT once a week and kratom daily and I think I'm overdoing it, lol! The times when I don't have kratom or O-DSMT I feel like I'm in full blown opiate withdrawals. Make sure you be extra careful with this stuff, it's pretty powerful and the withdrawals are worse than heroin.

Vendors i know sell both o-dsmt and 2map ap-237. I've never tried the o-dsmt but i have tried the 2map a few times. It's pretty decent, I like it. It is pretty caustic and doesn't typically last very long compared to other opiods.
