Hello, I used 1/2" Pink Styrofoam for the tunnel walls and it bends easily and is strong and does not snap like bead board styrofoam. I used clamps to hold it in place while the glue setup overnight. Tip: peel the film covering off before you use it as it will bubble and the glue will only stick to the film and not the foam. If / when you paint it do it in light coats as the oil based paint eats the foam. Have fun!
