Did you see the clip of the juror being interviewed with Kim Goldman on here? Kim starts talking, and the look of guilt on the jurors face as she hears about Kims pain, is so obvious.
I felt like Ron Shipp was honest & I feel like it took a lot for him to stand up & face his (ex) friend and look him in the face (which he pretty much did for his entire testimony) I feel like that took a ton of guts and that he is an honorable man and when he looked at O.J and said "This is really sad O.J." that he meant it & that it hurt him to testify against what was once his friend and role model but it hurt worse not to! And like he said Nicole's blood wouldn't be on him. That he was being honest & true! I have a lot of respect for Ron Shipp!
Isnt it strange that every single lawyer on OJ's defense, suffered before they died, and not very long after getting their blood money by defending & financially wiping out OJ the murderer! Karma will & does catch up to everyone! When it catches up to OJ, it will be in hell.I hope he suffers bad for "Eternity"!!!😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬
I'll bet Nicole & Ron haunt that son-of-a-bitch!! That defense had that dumb-ass judge Eto,starstruck and at their every win! I think that judge was paid off! This wasnt a trial it was a circus, glamorizing OJ,his lawyers, and judge eto! It made and still makes me sick....🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬
this case was so frustrating... I watched it live back in the day. I think it's the one that made me interested in true crime. and justice was not served here at all
That's an old case, you don't look old enough to have seen it live. Not that I don't believe you lol. Yeah it's crazy how badly this went for poor Nicole & Ron's family, but the word is that the city would have burned down

They were all actors actually Bailey John Shapiro and Johnny Cochran was probably the only one that was real OJ Simpson was a real actor cuz you know he was acting like he didn't do nothing when he really did...
Nicole Simpson is dead for two reasons. Reason number one. She stayed with him when all signs pointed for her to leave reason number two. The police department did not do their job treated him as a celebrity instead. Those are two facts. Nobody can dispute
In my opinion this series is the best and most informative content on this topic there has ever been. This and the ESPN 30 for 30 is all you need to show somebody that has no clue about the case to give them a great understanding of what happened and why. The FX series was decent but come on, Every body looked exactly like the person they were playing except for the main character?!! Cuban Gooding jr as OJ?!?!?! Look nothing alike. Cuban is 5'10 167lbs, OJ Simspon is 6'2 217lbs. And their aura is entirely different. Cuban is a great actor but he was horrible as OJ. Everyone else was spot on. When they showed the statue of Cuban as the statue of OJ in his backyard I spit out my drink. They should've had him play a few scenes before the murder at the beginning to show how charismatic he was similar to a OJ then maybe it would've worked but for me he made it unrealistic and ruined what would be a classic otherwise.
I was the same age as Nicole when this happened. I was so baffled how he got away with this. Then how he got released from prison this year. He deserves to rot in prison.
@@actualdavidhenry she stayed because she was probably worried he’d kill the children to upset her on a control rampage. Abusers make victims think that they are the ones responsible for all the abuse that occurs. What happened when she left, she died. He didn’t attack the kids because they probably knew out of years of coping to stay out of the way during his rage. She stayed because have you seen the size of a football player? And the size of a defenseless child? And seeing that every time the police is called he’s never arrested? So what do you think she thought would happen if he was ever left alone with the kids? That the police would suddenly care and arrest him? She can’t be brought back to life and any mother usually will stay to ensure the safety of her children and when she finally became “brave” because she didn’t have a psychopathic mind and didn’t think he’d be capable of murder, she was reminded of the terror that her life was because she could have left but he wasn’t done. As a survivor of DV for over 10 years it’s sad that a lot of people don’t make it out. I never called the cops told my family friends or coworkers. It’s been established that men are also and they don’t speak about it and it’s sad.
Thanks for pointing out men are abused too. I had to deal with it, more mental than anything but I was always scared I’d end up with a knife in my neck while I was sleeping. My ex was just like Jodi Arias. I realize how hard it is for women to get out of the relationship. It’s complicated.
My mentor in grad school used to say all these people arguing in court go play golf together on the weekends after throwing shots back and forth at each other. It's truly a Shakespearean play. Except real life is much more theatrical than any Shakespearean play could ever be. Yes, I work in forensics.
I wanted so badly to believe he didn't kill Nicole or Ron. Once I heard his DNA was everywhere well that says it all. He obviously has no problem putting his hands on women, tough guy.
You must have missed the cross examination of the people who collected and tested the DNA. None of them knew what they were doing. And Simpson simply didn't have enough time to kill those people.
DNA evidence at this time was not very conclusive. It does not match DNA to a person, it just can be used to exclude a person. Not saying he’s innocent or guilty, but DNA ‘evidence’ is not 100%
God know the full truth & everyone will be recompensed. We don’t know the full story, but rest assured that God knows every single thing that took place.
Him smirking shows he did it and he is so disgusting him smirking about Nicole’s battery. He totally did beat her if he did that he killed her. So sad for Nicole and Ron families
A jury member said this is not a domestic abuse trial; that belongs in a different courtroom; Marcia Clark thought black women would sympathize with Nicole. The jury consultant (working without charge) said black women are the WORST jurors in this case. Marcia Clark refused to accept the jury consultant’s advice.
Well the problem is you need to prove there's a connection. This incident was years earlier so doesn't lend itself to relevancy or proving this was an escalation of violence from ongoing abuse.
@@mysterymaverick1982 if you can’t find the conduit between domestic violence and spousal murder, then you’re probably not the brightest lightbulb in the room.
I always heard about this case but never really know what happened. Seeing this, all the testimonies and evidence and it is so obvious to me that OJ is guilty, how in the world the jury found him not guilty???
And here we are in 2021 with the recent Gabby Petito case. Have we learned nothing about tolerating domestic violence? We need zero tolerance for this! Look where it ends up! So sad, so heart wrenching. My prayers are with both ladies, my dark side prays for the destruction of their killers.
Absolutely I know all to well about domestic violence. Men or women if they hit you once. They will hit you again. Please leave leave and don’t look back. Get orders of restraints and press charges. Do whatever you have to do to stay safe.
@@kimberlyrowden784 Yes but domestic violence isn’t necessary about violence. It can involve things like financial control, social isolation, coercion. Basically it’s a range of tactics meant to establish a regime of dominance over the victim.
The fact that the jurors didn't think the tapes of OJ beating Nicole were "relevant" shows just how sick they were. This was a jury that did not give a DAMN what the facts were. They wanted to acquit OJ LOOOONG before the trial ever got started.
They are the dream team .. you couldn't outsmart them ... The prosecutor was dumb .. lol .. they made blunder of the century .. made them try the gloves and made Mark the racist a witness ... I can't forget the headline " Curl of Horror ".
It is true that oj was once or twice abusive toward Nicole Brown Simpson...absolutely..however, beating a woman couple of times, and murder are certainly 2 entirely different things! I do however believe that I am skeptical to accept that oj beat her as much as I've heard over the years...we know that people at times are inclined to stretch the truth, or take liberties and embellish the narrative...nonetheless, I am sure that oj truly regrets the later part of his life, and certainly wish he could change some things if he could...Nicole was No doubt difficult to live with, so oj was challenged in that relationship...with that said, play take everything into consideration when weighing the facts...nether one was an angel in this marriage...
@@daviddavis3389 OJ Beat Nicole From The Very First Date.. When She Was 18yrs Old. .Abuse is A Pattern...Not Once Or Twice...That Eventually Leads To DEATH .No One Is SAFE From OJ
@@debramorales4283 I believe that Nicole's long was to marry a rich/ famous man, and she would exploit his finances and spend his hard earned money...Debra, do you recall watching the last 24 hours regarding Nicole's life?one of her high school made that statement about her long range and ultamente goal in life...how do you feel about a person such as them...isn't that taking advantage of OJs success and the money, fame, and power that the juice earned alone? So don't you agree that Nicole was actually a gold digger? I'm not saying that it was right if oj murdered her, but wasn't she wrong, and shouldn't she beat some responsibility to how things ended up?
What I like most about the OJ25 series is it shows the slow burn of the trial. Meaning, the defense got more and more theatrical as the trial went on. Can't make people pay attention to the same loud flash/bang every time so you have to keep being more sensational. Stuff like "This is the most astonishing thing I've heard in my years in a courtroom!" It wasn't and Johnnie knew it wasn't but when you say that you evoke emotion which is what he wanted. Or Shapiro whining about how "Ron Shipp is looking at us" like a five year old does to their sibling on a long car ride. OJ is guilty. He's always been guilty. He always will be guilty. The jury verdict is meaningless in determining his guilt or innocence. People with a brain know what happened. OJ Simpson murdered Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman - period. You can look at the case 100 different times from 100 different lenses and if you look logically and factually it all adds up to one conclusion. If you believe any other possibility in this case, you are incorrect. Some cases are that simple - this is one of them.
Didn't you have a drinking problem Sir? When was the last time you got drunk? Yeah, that's pretty low blow, but that's their job to try to discredit a witness in criminal trials.
I agree w Ron Goldman's dad. At least from my own perspective. This case isn't and wasn't about race, yet it was portrayed that way to sway the jury into feeling some kind of way (sorry) for the defendant. Idgaf what color he is/was, the evidence was crystal clear.

I’ve always felt that since America was already in a riot of racial tension at that time especially after the Rodney King situation & those officers getting off that (even if he did it) after Mark Fuhrman got off the stand they were going to say not guilty
The fact that one of the jurors really got on live television and said this is a murder trial, if you want to talk about domestic violence, go to another courtroom and try that case there. Lol. How dumb are you? It’s like saying this is about weight loss, if you want to talk about eating healthy or dieting, that’s a separate conversation. No common sense at all. Idc what happened to Rodney King. Just because those cops got away with a miscarriage of justice doesn’t mean you let OJ walk free after torturing and killing the mother of his kids because he’s black. Those jurors had a vendetta against the cops and used Nicole’s life as a crappy sacrifice.

I thought I should say, since not a lot of people know this, that Nicole got between O.J. and his $500,000 every year from Hertz, or at least that's my opinion. Every year the CEO of Hertz personally drew up their contract to have O.J. play golf with their VIP clients. Kris Jenner said Nicole asked her to videotape her. I suppose she had seen Kris and Bruce Jenner do infomercials and thought Kris could set up a video-camera and have Nicole tell the history of her life with O.J. It's in the new documentary "House of Kardashian" on Peacock. I don't know why Nicole was so schizophrenic as to forget between beatings how bad it was. But the statistic is that women who murder their husbands get on the average 16 years. If a man has been beating a woman for 20 years and she snaps, or thinks she's figured out a way to get away with it, she is charged with first degree murder and gets on the average 16 years. If a man beats a woman to death, after he has been beating her for 20 years, he can either plead manslaughter, meaning he only meant to beat her, not kill her, or if there are witnesses that he was saying, "I'm gonna kill you!," he can plead second-degree, meaning he only decided just then to kill her. A man gets on the average 6 years, if he kills a woman after 20, or however many, years of battery. It's my opinion that Nicole threatened to tell the Hertz executives what O.J. was really like. It's my opinion that Nicole threatened to tell all their friends what O.J. was really like. It's possible she was going to have a newsmagazine interview. (I just looked it up and it was 1995 when Princess Diana was interviewed by Martin Bashir. That was a game-changer. The Queen asked them to please go ahead and get divorced.) Anyway, you don't get between O.J. and his greatest passion, money. Nicole received a copy of a letter to the IRS telling them Nicole owed them 90k for capital gains tax on the sale of the San Francisco condo. The 1992 divorce settlement said she would receive the proceeds from the sale of the San Francisco luxury condo, which had been rented out since O.J. was no longer on the 49ers, and provide housing for the children with it. Nicole bought the Bundy luxury condo, but instead of renting it out, they just moved in. When she received the copy of the letter to the IRS, by courier on Monday, she immediately called the same realtor who had found the Bundy condo for her and listed it. That woman drove Nicole around to look at properties and on Friday she signed a year-long lease on a house in Malibu, which had a pool. But the children were going to have to leave their school, which they were unhappy about. Then on Sunday O.J. greeted all of the members of the family except Nicole, and sat apart from them, at the dance recital, and they said Nicole pointedly did not invite him to dinner afterwards. O.J.'s son had prepared a menu for a family dinner after the recital at his restaurant, Jackson's, and was disappointed when Nicole cancelled the day before. Then she was murdered. That's why I think it was the IRS letter that precipitated the murders. The prosecution by court order obtained the diaries and photos of bruises from a safe-deposit box at a bank. It's just speculation to say maybe she thought she could sell them, or punish him financially. Obviously as long as they were getting along she wanted her children to inherit all that money someday. That guy who sold the recording of the armed robbery to TMZ made $150,000. Evidently he told O.J. to go to Room 1203 at the Palace Station Hotel and get back your memorabilia. Then he set up a recording device and sold the recording. O.J., did you ever see that part of the Godfather where they set up Sonny??
I think we've all been versed on this one. He got away with a double murder. He won't ,unless he repents do the same later on. End of story. Sometimes the killer gets off. Just like a lot of cases involving murdered children. We have to trust that God will seek justice.
I never liked OJ. It would be so easy for me to vote guilty. Which is not right. Why he did not just let her go? What kind of person has sex right I front of the window? Oh well. Sorry her life ended that way. O j had girlfriends, why did he care about her.?
The sad part of this whole case is not the fact he was guilty, it was the fact the defense team has the responsibility to just show a shadow of doubt about who, what, where, when and why. That’s exactly what they did… It’s just a sad part of the justice system….
@@kevinmalone3210 I can never understand women who stay with men or talk to men who abuse them. Nicole should have had a restricting order against him..She should have complete distanced herself from him
Anyone with a brain knows he's guilty. Someone saw him drive away right after the crime occurred. Someone saw him dumping things from a bag in LAX. Listen to some of the evidence that was never admitted from the lead detective. It's a no-brainer.
I’m 38 As I kid I thought he was being set up he seemed so nice… As an adult I thought he probably did it. Today I heard so much more I didn’t know or understood I can say now I don’t believe he did it only because how could he do that much damage to those people and only get a few drops of blood in that white and tan trunk. The same night they was at his trunk that car should’ve been drenched. Those pedals that floor mat in that truck should have been a mess… I could be wrong. And he might’ve beat her in the past because she got people at her house doing whatever god knows while his kids are home. That doesn’t make sense to kill them while risking his kids to walk downstairs. Annnd they said Ron was fighting back with bruises on his knuckles… where’s the damage to oj? Where’s the blood on oj he would have be covered… no way.. he didn’t do it.
"THE GLOVE DIDN'T FIT".. lol but whether or not he did it bottom line the defence did their job better than the prosecution because the defence put doubt in the jury's mind and that's all they have to do...
