O&K Steamloco Bt-n2 in Freiland Lower Austria from 1899 

This loco is located in the FIM (Feld- und Industriebahnmuseum) situated in the village of Freiland. In this museum a hand full of enthusiasts restore and keep those great engines running in perfect condition.
The loco was built in 1899 from Orenstein & Koppel, Berlin-Drewitz - No. 366. It was delivered to duke Karoly Imre in Nagymagocs (Hu). Then history ends till 1945 when it was in stock of the ÖBB. In 1964 it was placed in Viennas Donaupark as a monument in childrens playground. Since 1970 it is in the stock of FIM and fully restored. The loco is operated on weekends in summer.
