Не должен, так как ты говоришь, остриё крюка повернуто к шнуру, а так как выпустил он, остриё повернуто от шнура. Когда рыбка пробует наживку, шнур не касается её носа в его варианте.

Not to pick nits, but lots of knots get tighter the harder you pull. The reason the snell is superior is on account of the way the tensile force on the line is distributed evenly - so that the line does not cut into itself and cause a breakage.
Palomar knots guys. 3 minutes practice and you can tie them in complete darkness. Snells are cool though. My parents friend taught me snell when I young kid (my parents didn't and don't like fishing) he called it the noose. Later on learned Palomar and its all I use now, it's like a 2 second knot.
I'm an arborist. I buy "whipping twine" do this same thing, wrapping very tightly on the ends of my ropes, and use a pair of pliers to pull the loop all the way back up through the wrapping. It's a great way to wrap your rope ends so that they never unravel

I'm a 69 year old woman and my father taught me how to tie hooks at six or seven. Depending on where we went to fish I dug for worms, sand fleas or clams.
Snell knot. Perfect for flipping and pitching with braid but I see nobody noticed he tied it backwards. The line end should go through the front of the eye so when you give it pressure the hook point pushes up and into the fish. Tied this way it actually pulls away from the fish.
This knot is plenty sufficient enough to hold. It's designed so that the harder you tug on it, the tighter it gets. I wouldn't use those spiderwires or threaded lines though, I use nylons for hooks.

A knot in the tag end would secure the tag end inside the loop, preventing it from being pulled through. The better protection against pull through, though, is right after the loop is formed, pass the hook through it, then complete the knot as shown. At the end, the tag end and the shank of the hook are through the loop, so the loop can't be pulled completely through.

Самый хороший узел для крючка, потому что он фиксирует его положение на Леске. Вот только заводить леску в колечко надо со стороны крюка, чтобы он был чуть внутрь направлен.

Мне было 5 лет когда мой дед научил меня этому узелку. И схожий принцип когда крючки были с цельным расплющенным ушком, мало кто такие крючки сейчас знает.
Какое нахрен расплющенное ушко?😮 Это называется лопатка. Эти крючки и сейчас везде продаются, причём от разных производителей. Стоят дешевле, чем с ушком потому, что более просты в изготовлении.

Я вам клянусь, если бы я был рыбаком, вы бы мне в подметки не годились по вязанию крючков. Я освоил это дело в 7 лет по книжке о рыбалке, но никогда не применял.

Да, большинство крючков выпускается не с ушком а с лапкой, а здесь куча недоразвитых спорят с какой стороны шнур пропускать. Если им показать крючок с лапкой, тогда они в ступор войдут.
This knot not only doesn’t change tensile strength of the fishing line, but this specific knot will come undone before a standard double or triple knot line where the line will break before it can come undone. If he wanted a better knot he should have wrapped around line itself.
Самый хороший узел для одиночного крючка, единственный минус в том, что оборвать его практически нереально, поэтому лучше делать отдельный поводок с более тонкой леской, или же с отсекающим узлом на другом конце

The original version of this knot you’re supposed to pull that string ALL the way back through the wrappings! I’ve done this a lot and it works better doing that! I used to use it for winding in and securing my sight into my bow string. You have to pull it with some force but you pull that string ALL the way back through. We’d use a loop that was a it’s own detached piece and when you pull it all the way back through you discard of the loop.

Examined the Shell hooks I bought closely and realized I never have to buy them again. It's a really strong, useful knot, and it's really clean, too. However, I don't put the line through the hook's eye when I tie mine.
The knot is correct but the line should be inserted from the opposite side of the eye to prevent jerking the hook out of the fishes mouth. Look closely at the video again and you will see what I'm talking about. When threaded in the proper direction, the hook will push the point in the fishes mouth when you pull on it. Other than that, great video.
Узел , конечно, красивый и для плетёнки возможно подойдёт, но только не для лески - её срезает о край ушка при вываживании крупной рыбы . Собственный горький опыт.
